1 Package of Adobo Sauce
16 oz of chicken
2 cups of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots blend or California blend veggies
1 cup water
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons light butter
- Prepare and marinate meat to specifications on Adobo Sauce packet.
- Steam vegetables to desired tenderness.
- Drain veggies add garlic and butter and stir till butter is melted. This goes really well with rice.
