Chicken Adobo And Steamed Vegetables


1 Package of Adobo Sauce
16 oz of chicken
2 cups of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots blend or California blend veggies
1 cup water
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons light butter


  1. Prepare and marinate meat to specifications on Adobo Sauce packet.
  2. Steam vegetables to desired tenderness.
  3. Drain veggies add garlic and butter and stir till butter is melted. This goes really well with rice.
